Terms and Conditions:
• Travel Insurance is mandatory for all of our guests
• Please confirm any special dietary needs before booking. Please note that for reasons of safety we cannot take guests who have a fatal allergy to any food/food groups. We are unable to provide separate meals and are very aware that the closest hospital may be up to 2 hours away.
• Outdoor Active medical questionnaire/waiver to be submitted
• A non-refundable deposit* of AUD$500pp is required within 7 days of booking being made. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fees may apply. A receipt will be issued once payments are cleared.
• All funds are non-refundable if a guest chooses to cancel within 30 days of retreat start date
• Refunds/credits will not be given after journey commencement, even if services, activities or meals are unused or cancelled for any reason
• Personal expenses to be paid in cash at end of retreat (laundry, drinks etc)
• We operate rain, hail or shine!
* Deposit will only be refunded in the event that Outdoor Active has to cancel the trip for reasons beyond their control.

You can pay by Direct Deposit into our bank account (no extra charge): details will be advised on request.
You may wish to pay by credit card or debit card - Mastercard or Visa are accepted (charges of 2.0% do apply, which brings the total price to $1625.00).
A receipt will be issued once payments are cleared.
