ITINERARY

Every day is different and to give you a bit of an overview, you can check out the itinerary below. This itinerary is a guideline only and the order of activities is subject to change. Everything in 'Bali time', go with the flow! Every evening at dinner time we'll discuss the next day and what you will need for this day. Come with an open mind and we can guarantee you will have an amazing trip!

DAY 1

2.00 pm  Group Transfers to Ayung Sari Indah. Pick up time is around 2pm.

Settle into your bungalow with a welcome lemongrass tea.

7.00pm  Welcome dinner is served!

DAY 3

6.30-7.30am  A great way to start the day with an Outdoor Bali Fitness session


8.00am  Breakfast


8.30am-4.30pm  Cycling or mountain bike trip (depending on fitness level): includes lunch


5.00-6.30pm  Yoga


7.00pm  Dinner and early to bed for a 3am start next morning!

DAY 5

6.30-8.00am Outdoor Bali Fitness session


8.15am Breakfast


9.00am A day of pampering with time to explore the art, crafts, shops or monkey forest in Ubud. Enjoy a wonderful 90 minute spa treatment (or 1-hour massage only) as part of the day.


3.30pm Transport back to Ayung Sari Indah, with the option to go for a run


5.00-7.00pm Cooking class with Gusti


7.30pm Dinner

DAY 2

7.00-8.30am Outdoor Bali Fitness session – expect coconuts/rice bags…


8.30-9.30am Breakfast, time for your first banana pancake


10.00-3.00pm Team Event 1: The Amazing Race – Bali style: equipped with a GPS your team will hunt for the hidden treasure. Get to know the village and environment and complete some physical challenges along the way! The activity will cover most of the day with a lunch around 12pm. Prepare for some fun!


3.00-5.00pm Time to relax, freshen up and set your goals for the week. 


5.00-6.00pm Another Outdoor Bali Fitness session


7.30pm  Dinner

 

DAY 4

3.00am Departure for Lake Batur to climb the volcano by sunrise. An adventure not to be missed! Followed by a relaxing dip in the Hot Springs and a lay by the pool.


1.00pm Lunch


2.00pm Free time to relax or nap or enjoy a traditional Balinese Massage (optional extra)


4.30pm Outdoor Bali Fitness session – focussing on stretching and self-myofascial release


7.00pm Dinner

DAY 6

6.00-7.30am Your last Outdoor Bali Fitness session


7.30am Breakfast


8.30am-12.00pm Team Event 2: Jungle River Trek + Design, Build and Test your own raft with materials from nature


12.00pm Lunch


1.00pm End of retreat. Group departures to next hotel or airport.
